Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the services provided by Sixty Kitchen Ltd 14309562. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our services.
1. General
1.1. Sixty Kitchen is a pre-payment food delivery service based in the United Kingdom.
1.2. These terms and conditions govern the use of our services, including the delivery and pickup of food orders.
2. Ordering and Payment
2.1. All orders must be placed through our mobile application.
2.2. Payment for orders must be made in advance at the time of placing the order.
2.3. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.
2.4. Prices for the food items are clearly displayed on our website or mobile application and are subject to change without prior notice.
2.5. All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway.
3. Delivery and Pickup
3.1. Delivery is available to residential addresses and commercial premises within our designated delivery areas.
3.2. Delivery times are subject to availability and may vary based on traffic and other external factors.
3.3. Delivery will be attempted within a 30-minute window specified by the customer during the ordering process.
3.4. If a customer's delivery address is not based within our designated area the food can be left ordered to be collected at the bench outside the Sixty Kitchen (Formby only - 23 Chapel Lane, Formby, L37 4DL) provided it is safe and authorised by the customer.
3.5. Customers also have the option to pick up their orders from our designated pickup location during the specified pickup hours.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1. Orders can be canceled or modified within the mobile application at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
4.2. If an order is canceled within the specified timeframe, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the order placement.
4.3. Refunds will not be provided for orders canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
4.4. In case of order cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unavailability of ingredients or adverse weather conditions, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Food Safety and Allergens
5.1. Sixty Kitchen takes utmost care to ensure the safety and quality of our food products.
5.2. We cannot guarantee that our food products will be free from allergens or cross-contamination, as we handle various ingredients in our kitchen.
5.3. Customers with specific dietary requirements or food allergies are responsible for reviewing the allergen information provided on our website or contacting our customer support team for further assistance on info@sixtykitchen.com
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content provided on the Sixty Kitchen website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sixty Kitchen and is protected by copyright laws.
6.2. Customers are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from our website or mobile application without prior written consent from Sixty Kitchen.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Sixty Kitchen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
